Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Supriyash Puzzles handles and why. It is written for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What this website collects

supriyash.com sets no cookies and has no forms. Its fonts and images are served from this site.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which loads a small script from Cloudflare. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you to other sites. It gives us totals only: which pages were visited, which site linked to them, and the country, browser and type of device. We cannot see who you are.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and protects the site from attacks. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address. We do not receive that data or use it to identify anyone.

When you email us

If you write to hello@supriyash.com or another supriyash.com address, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, to quote, and to deliver and invoice work you ask for.

• We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details.
• Email to supriyash.com addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare and stored in a Google mailbox.
• We keep correspondence while it is needed for the enquiry or the work, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Otherwise we delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw your consent to our using it. You can also raise a grievance with us about how we have handled it, and, if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
